Alicia Bryant-Mayes started her career in the Beauty industry in 1996. Her first license was her manicuring license. Within one year of obtaining her license, she was offered an Education Ambassador position with the #1 Nail Manufacturer in the world and remained one of the top educators for CND for 15 years. Alicia has been honored with numerous awards, citations and media print. Alicia also obtained her esthetics and Stylist license, and completed her Post-Graduate Certification with Dermalogica. She earned her Trichology certification and Instructors certification from the National Trichology Training Institute.
